This article provides information that concerns the scope, opening hours, and location of a essential publicly accessible government facility for citizens. The information in the article is therefore in the public domain. Unless it can be proved that there is a flagrant copyvio, I suggest the cleanup banner could be removed. --Kudpung (talk) 07:42, 4 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
Amended as suggested. The 2001 move with slightly more complicated. The County Hall branch had mainly housed a family history centre, but St Helens lost its certification as a suitable repository. The collections housed at St Helens then went to County Hall, and the family history resources were moved to the History Centre. Even that is a slight simplification, but no more need be said. I write this from knowledge as a regular user. Peterkingiron (talk) 22:38, 4 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
