Unhappy with car and dealership
editI bought a SEAT Ibiza online on 13th January 2021 from Bristol Street Motors SEAT Derby (now Vertu Motors), and it has broken down SEVEN times to date. I complained after the 5th breakdown and spoke to a guy called Jason Hurt, who I found to be rude and offhand. His solution was for me to drive the vehicle to Derby, 90 miles away, and they would inspect the car, log the mileage, which a lot was being towed, and deduct money off he purchase price, the car was 11 months old at the time. This was nearly £2000, which I found quite unfair as I believe the vehicle is not "fit for purpose", and wanted a replacement or full refund. I contacted SEAT UK to complain and their solution was to ask the garage where the vehicle was being repaired if they would make me an offer for it. I am very disappointed to say the least that the after sales care is so shoddy and would like you to publish this letter to warn people about SEAT Derby (Vertu Motors). If you wish to contact me my email is: ronzoefc14@hotmail.com and my mobile no. is 07905272976. Thank you R Dalski 195.213.255.38 (talk) 11:37, 20 March 2022 (UTC)
