Maybe I haven't read the article close enough, but at the time of the wedding, Greece was (and is) a republic. Paul isn't 'crown prince of Greece' as there's no such a thing (anymore), it's merely his curtesy title. His parents are no longer King & Queen of the Hellenes (as there's no longer a throne).
