Contentiously vs contentedly
editThough in the next paragraph we learn that the guy had a short temper, I somehow think that the author was trying here to convey that W died contentedly rather than contentiously, seeing that he had time to make his last will and receive sacraments... Anybody out there who could and would care to contribute the historical facts?
Meanwhile my apologies to the authors and the public for any deteriorations I might have made in my inept efforts at improvement dabbling in a foreign language. I hope that soon a competent native speaker will come out to give this really good article the last linguistic polish... Terminally uncool (talk) 10:19, 27 August 2014 (UTC)
- Ah, quite possibly that word was used incorrectly. I hope this c/e makes it more clear. Thanks for the interest! --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 03:10, 28 August 2014 (UTC)
