Helping out during Wikipedia:GnomeWeek by fixing up
USS Saint Croix (APA-231) article.
Cleaned up and tightened up the text,
which all seems to have originated with DANFS.
Tracked down a couple of US Navy photos of St Croix,
put them into commons, and added one to the article.
Populated the table with the necessary stats.
