The relevance of this article is dubious and relies largely on original research. It is a synthesis on different Turkic-speaking groups (not necessarily sharing any common ethnic identity beside speaking related languages, such as for example Irish and Tajiks do as well...). Furthermore it includes ethnic groups not speaking Turkic languages, such as Hazaras. Their inclusion into Turkic peoples is largely based on a narrow ethno-nationalist agenda (not from Hazara, but from Turkish Nationalism).
