Since Tureia and Fakamaru are Polynesian names, I presume a Polynesian language has been spoken here. Was it occupied by Polynesians when Europeans discovered it? If so, what is the language? If not, where did the names come from? Koro Neil (talk) 09:36, 26 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
