Right turn on red
editI think that Georgia was the first state to allow Right turn on Red (called Left turn on red in England, etc.). They were doing this in the 1950s. Supposedly california had such a law in 1947, but I lived there in the early 1960s and no one observed it or appeared to know about it. I suspect, therefore, that all RTR laws nationwise and worldwide came out of this. But no claim anywhere online. Student7 (talk) 00:38, 24 February 2011 (UTC)
