Do we have any source about its legal status? Did the self-proclaimed emirate issued a statement or a law? The articles linked on sources seem to merely assume its status as "national anthem" without giving actual references.

Why has the romanization changed?

Here, the romanization was changed without a reason given & the new romanization seems to be less accepted. Why was it changed? Should it be reverted?

The Flag of Afghanistan and the National anthem of Afghanistan
