Redirect & sources

edit

I request that the following information either be included in this article or to be merged into the Cherish (band) article. Catchpole (talk) 22:19, 9 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Cherish (band) is not protected, you can merge the content there on your own. Admins are not going to go against an AfD and DRV consensus and restore this redirect to an article, unless new sources actually indicate the notability of the article. All you had for that was a press release from the label on Forbes' PRNewsWire, which is not an independent source. <eleland/talkedits> 23:43, 9 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
You did the redirect, you do the merge, that's the way it works. If you can't be bothered to merge the references why redirect? The AFD and DRV was about an unsourced article. Catchpole (talk) 05:59, 10 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
That's not the way it works. Either ask the admin who did the redirect and the merge, or do it yourself in the article. עוד מישהו Od Mishehu 06:15, 10 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
If you want something done, it's best to do it yourself. Honestly though, there's no point. Aside from the press release (which is not a reliable source), you have a single link. A simple statement that the ablum is coming, using the Starpulse link as a reference, is all that's needed in the other article. -- Kesh (talk) 07:51, 10 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

(2008)

The Truth is the second studio album by American R&B/Hip-Hop girl group Cherish. The album was initially to release on April 29, 2008, however was pushed back. There have been 2 singles released from the album so far. One is called "Killa" and the other is called "Amnesia". In a recent interview memeber, Fallon, described the album as: "The biggest difference to me is the fact that you grow artistically whenever you’re being creative and we’ve been creative for the past couple of years. Our artistry has grown. When we wrote The Truth, we named the album The Truth because basically every song on the album is from personal experiences and we wanted to get personal with our fans. We want everybody to know that they're not alone going through these things and we're here." The album will be released in the UK on May 12th - 1 day before the US release and the tracklist is exactly the same. The Japanese release is on May 14th and will feature 2 bonus tracks "Do It to It (Rap Remix)" and "Silly".

Removed unsourced info

edit

I removed the following info from the article: |- |align="left"|Japan ORICON Albums Chart | style="text-align:center;"|91 | style="text-align:center;"|2,500+

Also, I removed the "Leftover Tracks" section, because there are no citations for it anywhere:

  • "Bump Like Some Speakers"
  • "Get Even" (prod. The Clutch) (leaked online as "Bat To The Range"
  • "Changes"
  • "ExMan"
  • "Here We Go"
  • "It's Over"
  • "Nervous"
  • "Rebound Girl"
  • "Keep It Fresh" (prod. Don Vito)
  • "Shoe Fanatic" (prod. Big Reese)
  • "Why?"
  • "Silly" (Deniece Williams cover) (appears on the Japan release)

It's not sourced, and I can't find it anywhere. If someone has a source with this info, feel free to add it back in; if not, I think it's best left out. Cheers! -Anotheronewiki (talk) 14:35, 18 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
