Name of the trilogy
editHow the is name of the trilogy officially rendered? "The Three Mothers Trilogy"? "Three Mothers"? "The Three Mothers"? etc. etc. I've been looking but can't seem to find an official rendition...
- I don't know that there is one, but "The Three Mothers Trilogy" appears to fit and accurately describe what it is. Ric | opiaterein 23:04, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
Lachrymarum/Lachrimarum?
editHow is this name spelled in Supiria de Profundis? I'm almost 100% sure that it's spelled "Lachrimarum" in Varelli's scroll found near the end of Inferno. When I have the chance I'll review my copy and change things. (And I guess I could take a gander at Profundis as well...)
- The scroll uses an "i" but de Quincey uses a "y". =\
Helena Markos or Elena Markos?
editIn a book I've been reading about Argento (Profondo Argento), the name is give as "Elena" not "Helena". I always thought it was Helena. Is this a difference between the English and Italian versions, or simply a mis-hearing on the part of English speakers? Or did the book get it wrong?
- I have also seen it written as "Helene Marcos". 130.49.163.69 —The preceding signed but undated comment was added at 14:26, August 24, 2007 (UTC).
The Black Cat?
editI seem to recall a film by Luigi Cozzi which was basically a fan fiction idea of what the third mother would have been if the trilogy was finished (obviously this was before The Mother of Tears was more than a vague and distant concept) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Awyrd1 (talk • contribs) 03:36, 2 March 2008 (UTC)

E. Varelli/Marellio (?) Varelli
editE. Varelli can be read in the books "The three mothers", but in Inferno one character seems to call him Marellio Varelli or something like that.--Alex1011 (talk) 19:36, 1 May 2017 (UTC)
