Breaded?

edit

The first sentence of this article mentions that tequeños are breaded which I believe is incorrect. According to Merriam-Webster's definition of breaded and Wikipedia's own definition of breading it means coated in bread crumbs, which tequeños are not. The second sentence is correct in that instead dough is wrapped around a cheesestick. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.177.59.245 (talk) 00:22, 9 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

Tequeños are not peruvian

edit

The article cited saying there is such thing as ‘Peruvian tequeño’ literally says:

“ Tequeños are an absolute classic in Peruvian celebrations, although they are originally from Venezuela. In Lima no party is complete without them, and people love them so much that many restaurants have them on their menu too, or even give them as a courtesy instead of the usual bread and butter before a meal.”

Originally from Venezuela. So why is this Wikipedia publishing this misinformation? 99.57.238.77 (talk) 05:50, 25 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
