Weasel words?

The article, in its original version, already mentioned that a telephone banking service usually offers "the possibility to speak to a live representative located in a call centre or a branch, although this feature is not guaranteed to be offered 24/7." So there was no need to repeat it. This is why I removed the "weasel" tag.
