Time to delete this article
editThe likelihood of this getting off the ground is now about 0.0000001% (sadly, as I am one of the target readers). Where does this leave the article? I would favour deletion. We shouldn't have articles about ideas that never led to anything, at most this proposal should be mentioned in a general article about the history of British newspapers.
