As currently written under Reception:
"Rotten Tomatoes reported 90% approval with an average rating of 8.60/10 based on 10 reviews. Metacritic, which uses a weighted average, assigned a score of 84 out of 100 based on reviews from 4 critics, indicating "universal acclaim"."
Not to be hyper-critical but 4 reviews on Metacritic seems a bit low to say that something has received "universal acclaim", regardless of what the site Meta critic may say. This show has/had a small but loyal following, for the most part but was not big enough to gain the kind of attention from viewers or critics which would merit the term universal acclaim. The show has "niche appeal". Niche acclaim?
(The show had 47 reviews on Rotten Tomatoes and 17 reviews on Metacritic its first season, per this show's main page, as a point of reference and 10 and 4, respectively, indicates, IMO, appeal, but less than universal.) 2603:6080:48F0:A620:D15B:803B:3835:1F6C (talk) 19:38, 19 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
Perhaps we should just say "Metacritic reports that it received positive reviews from all four critics that reviewed ir", or something like that. AJD (talk) 05:42, 20 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
