is the designation "for cembalo" authentic?

Usually Bach composed for "Clavier", i.e. an unspecified keyboard instrument. Is the designation of BWV 1027-1029 for "Cembalo" authentic? The autograph of BWV 1027 is extant, but is the cover (https://www.bach-digital.de/rsc/viewer/BachDigitalSource_derivate_00003421/db_bachp0226_page005.jpg) by Bach?
