Priority of 'Simoliophiidae' over 'Pachyophiidae' ?

It is said in the corpus of the page that the term 'Simoliophiidae' has priority over 'Pachyophiidae' (no source) whilst in the 'Synonyms' level of the taxobox, the term 'Pachyophiidae' is said to have been coined by Nopcsa in 1923, against 1925 for 'Simoliophiidae'. Thus, shouldn't the former have priority ?

It is also confirmed in the introduction of the following article :
