SimGrid has been available to the research scientific community for more than 10 years. It is a major tool in the domain of large-scale scientific research. It is free software registered under LGPL. In the wikipedia at least one article explicitly reference this SimGrid page (see Chord_(peer-to-peer)). I have updated the page with a lot of references. I strongly disagree that it should be permanently deleted. (post was by an IP... in Jan 2012)
- It meets WP:NOTE. The presentation is somewhat oversold, and the history is way too detailed and personal, but the article does not deserve deletion by any measure. History2007 (talk) 19:41, 31 May 2012 (UTC)
