Bailey's Peninsula as an Island
editIt's not clear that the creation of the Lake Washington Ship Canal has any connection to Bailey's Peninsula ever changing from an island to a peninsula. Many maps at the Seattle Public Library show Bailey's Peninsula in the early 1890's, well before any leveling from canals might have been achieved. Jeffme (talk) 20:00, 4 October 2012 (UTC)
