Tempera or ink?
edit- Why is there nothing written about the specific wellmade form of this tv serial? No plot either, no comparison to Ang Lee's version and the book from Jane Austen. Is there at BBC a writers or analyst strike?
Or are they all dead? To me I was fullfilled in watching this pittoresc fim yesterday evening. Nature shots and inner spaces of houses and figures telling the girl's story out of the nineteenth century.Well done and selling their souls as something real hailed.Tears on a low budget worked out romantically and stuff for sentimental dreamers. Who wants more on friday evenings?--88.77.208.79 (talk) 17:24, 7 March 2009 (UTC) Story lining and figure profiles are transformend on a high level, justifying a film praedicat either. So where is a page writer?-- Me watching the sentimental open situations, reveals a great lack of friendship in our days. In fiction there is honour and pride balanced as something natural and another picture of human relations appears. Possibly a rich class theme!Danaide (talk) 17:30, 7 March 2009 (UTC)
Merged
editI merged the two. Wasn't difficult, since the other had almost no information, and what information it had was already here. Let me know if I didn't do it correctly. TheSlowLife (talk) 16:57, 3 November 2009 (UTC)
scenes not in 1995 but in series
editThe text says that the scenes of the duel and seduction of Brandon's ward are in the series and in the book, but not in the film. Those scenes are not in the book at all, both events are referenced in the book and in the movie and shown in the series. Is this a quote from Davies or someone else? If so, that needs to be clear, and it probably should be mentioned that (if it's a quote) it's not true. 95.96.64.251 (talk) 08:31, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
