Nom de Plume

edit

While I have seen nothing to indicate this, I assume Ms Babb's nom de plume was taken from the name of the husband of the plaintiff in the landmark case Perez v Sharp. Hushpuckena (talk) 02:17, 16 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Discrepancies with Iris Dunkle's biography

edit

Robert Ito's Oct. 18 2024 article in the NYT, "She Shared Her Notes with John Steinbeck. It was Her Novel’s Undoing," is a review of Iris Dunkle's Riding Like the Wind: The Life of Sanora Babb. Drawing from the biography, that will provide a great deal more for this wiki article, he says among other things that Babb let Steinbeck read her notes. 2A02:A467:FCA2:1:39C3:4FEE:5116:1F66 (talk) 03:41, 19 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
