Rial -$ conversion

I had added text about the compensation Houthis have announced, quoting per sources. I now see that an editor took the liberty to calculate their own Rial-USD -conversion and alter the metrics.The person didnt describe their edit in the edit summary, so I dont know who it was, but left this commentary in non-wikitext : -- separate conversion rate based on Oanda and XE, which checks out with CNN conversions later in article. Reuters-stated $9 may have meant $19 and cannot be confirmed in other sources. --!

This doubles the amount. I think this may not be proper, we shouldnt second guess Reuters MSN Democracy Now , all of whom refer to 9$ . I am going to revert this to 9$ Wuerzele (talk) 22:33, 23 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
