Irish songs
editThere are 8 by U2, one by Sinead O'Connor, and 3 missing ones. Please update or let Scarabola know if you know what they may be. (They may be thinking of the one by Them and three by Van Morrison, whom are from Northern Ireland.)
English Songs
editShould not the intro be along the lines of the parameters of the settings, I mean there are way better Cantonese songs than that Bob Dylan trash. Enlil Ninlil (talk) 23:03, 11 June 2021 (UTC)
- Yes, the intro should acknowledge the magazine's self-set limits on the songs considered for inclusion in its list. Also perhaps the fact that it is premature to talk about "all-time" when "all-time" is still a progress. Also that "all-time" lists are promotional gimmicks created to sell magazines. 2603:800C:3944:BC00:9819:EC49:BDA6:26C7 (talk) 07:26, 2 January 2023 (UTC)
Gloria
editThe article says that the song “Gloria” appears twice on the list. However, the Patti Smith song “Gloria” and the Them song “Gloria” are completely different. Hortontheelephant (talk) 07:57, 5 March 2023 (UTC)
Earth Wind and Fire?
editWhy wasn't Earth Wind and Fire, Isley Brothers or Melloncamp not on the list 35.139.217.85 (talk) 16:34, 7 October 2023 (UTC)
- They had to make room for Missy Elliot and Outkast, so no Earth, Wind and Fire. This whole inclusionary philosophy is the reason why no one takes these compilation lists seriously. It's a joke! I literally laughed out loud when I saw that "Get Your Freak On" was number eight on the list of all time great 500 songs! Must.....resist....urge.....to....edit.....
