The founding Meeting of the Irish National Congress was initiated by Richard Greene when all Republicans groups and organisations were invited to attend. It was held in Buswell's Hotel on September 9th 1989 and the meeting was chaired by Richard Greene. It was agreed at this meeting to found the Irish National Congress and preparations for the official launch of it and support for it took place both in the North six counties and the 26 counties. The official launch of what is now the Irish National Congress took place and was launched in 1990 in Liberty Hall and Robert Ballagh was elected as it's first Chairman. Note that I believe the comment above to be the subject of this article. As his assigned Wikipedia mentor, he has left me several messages on my user talk page, desperate to get some misinformation fixed despite our COI policy. I am looking into the situation right now. Please do not be quick to revert him. — voidxor23:25, 8 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
Hi, I was about to revert the editor's most recent unsourced addition and report him to WP:COIN, but saw your message. The editor hasn't responded to requests to provide sources. Do you think you will be able to get him to do so? Tacyarg (talk) 07:14, 12 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
