Talk:Real de Catorce

I took out the line "The town is also briefly mentioned at the beginning of the U2 song "Vertigo.". The song begins with "Uno, dos, tres, catorce", but this is not necessarily a reference to the town (or a reference is needed).

That's 1, 2, 3, 14. Isn't that just a weak joke about nothing in particular? Varlaam (talk) 06:29, 28 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

So-called "Spanish" pronunciation

edit

Someone loves going around Wikipedia adding "Spanish" pronunciations from northern Spain to places in Mexico or elsewhere in Latin America, where anyone actually saying it that way would be laughed at. This town is Ka-tore-say, and not Ka-tore-thay with the famouth Thpanith lithp. Varlaam (talk) 06:35, 28 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
