Untitled
editShould we expand this article to include current Holy See usage of pro-secretaries, pro-prefects, pro-nuncios, etc? Gentgeen 05:36, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
- I would say no. Such a person is not a promagistrate, but rather a person who holds an office with the prefix "pro-" slapped to the front. Ifly6 (talk) 04:46, 19 March 2023 (UTC)
Merge with prorogatio
editThis article is mostly duplicatory and should be merged with prorogatio. The title promagistrate is probably more common than the Latin term, which will probably lead to its retention here. I will probably start on the merge next week some time after completing some rewrites for Cato the Younger. Ifly6 (talk) 23:08, 18 April 2022 (UTC)
- Done. Ifly6 (talk) 04:44, 19 March 2023 (UTC)
