The Shia of Iraq then made Deals with their Ally the Muslim Nation of Iran for the Centuries of Iraqis Oil. The Muslim Nation of Iran then made deals with the Centuries of Iraqis Oil with their Allies the Russian Federation and Chinese to Upgrade the Muslim Nation of Iran's Military, also Missile (ICBM, IRBM, ABM, Anti Aircraft, Anti Ship) and Nuclear Technology. The Muslim Nation of Iran signed a Technological Trade Agreement with the Democratic Republic of North Korea, the International Intelligence Agencies then revised their Time Tables, from Decades to Years, to Months before the Muslim Nation of Iran has Nuclear Warheads they already have the Missile Technology that North Korea wanted and Iran wanted North Korea's Nuclear Technology, and the Democratic Republic of North Korea will have Operational Iranian ICBMs and IRBMs with Thermo Nuclear Warheads within months.

Backed Overthrow of U.S. Ally Shah of Iran) and the Millions of Kurdistanis that continued to Fight U.S. Ally Iraq after the Paris Talks. This was just like the U.S. Use of Nuclear Weapons to finally End World War 2. 1991, U.S. Army General Schwarzkopf ordered his U.S. Army Combat Engineers to destroy the Iraqis Chemical Weapons Storage Facility at Khamisiyah, Iraq with explosives without doing the Mandatory E.O.D. "Site Survey" (inventory of what was in the Ammunition Storage Magazines). Properly built Ammunition Storage Magazines are built with the sides thick and the ceiling thin so that the explosive forces go upward and not to the sides, as to the sides would result in nearby Ammunition Storage Magazines contents to detonate as "Sympathetic Detonation". With the Forces venting upward thousands of feet into the air, the explosives propelled tons of a mixture of all kinds of Chemical Weapons Agents thousands of feet straight up into the air, that was then carried downwind and fell on 100,000 of the 1st and 2nd U.S. Army Cavalry and other U.S. Military, and Millions of Iraqis Men, Women and lots of Children.

U.S. Army Special Forces Teams entered U.S. Ally Iraq 1993 to conduct Target Identifications, Targeting, and Target Damage Assessments during the President Clinton U.S. Airstrikes and U.S. Cruise Missile Attacks against the Muslims at Baghdad Iraq. This would result in the First 1993 Osama Bin Laden World Trade Center Attack. Pro U.S.S.R. Afghans 5 Million. Since the 1950s the U.S. and U.S.S.R. were in a Race to get Afghanistan by funding more and more Construction and Modernization at Afghanistan. After the U.S.S.R. backed 1979 Overthrow of U.S. Ally Shah of Iran (Iran a neighbor of Afghanistan) 5 Million Afghans wanted to be on the "Winning Side" of the U.S.S.R., so they "Democratically Elected" a Pro U.S.S.R. Afghans fled into the U.S.S.R. backed Muslim Nation of Iran, some would even fight on the side of the Muslim Nation of Iran during the Iran Iraq Wars. After the U.S. Abandoned U.S. Ally Afghanistan, 20,000 1980s Pro U.S. Afghan Muhajeen, the 5 Million Pro U.S.S.R. Afghans returned from the Muslim Nation of Iran and became the 1990s (to current) Afghan Taliban, and massacred the 20,000 1980s Pro U.S. Afghan Muhajeen, then Systematically Massacred about a Million Afghan Men, Women, Children as suspected Collaborators to the Christians, Jews, Unbelievers in accordance with the Holy Koran.

Neutral Afghans 5 Million. Did not have a chance during the U.S.S.R. Occupation. Many got Massacred. Most made it to the Refugee Camps at Pakistan. Some started living in the hundreds of thousands of miles of mining tunnels that existed from since the times of the Pharaohs of Egypt. During the U.S.S.R. Occupation, Afghans actually dug into solid rock Mountains and created Inside Mountain Cities, that could not be destroyed by massive U.S.S.R. Bomber attacks, the U.S.S.R. Military then used Chemical Warfare, lots of "Mustard Gas".

Our Goal during CIA Operation Cyclone Train, Arm, Lead the 1980s Pro U.S. Afghan Muhajeen and the Neutral Afghans seeking Revenge from Pakistan into Afghanistan to kill as many of the young U.S.S.R. Military as possible, to Cause their Mothers, Fathers, Brothers (Fearing they would be next), Sisters, Friends (Fearing they would be next), Relatives, Families, so they would gather their pitch forks and torches and march to the Kremlin demanding a Withdrawal of the U.S.S.R. Military from Afghanistan.

Days after the 9/11 2001 Attacks, Teams consisting of the C.I.A., C.I.A.'s S.A.D. and S.O.G. with attached U.S. Army Special Forces (mostly those that had been part of CIA Operation Cyclone) attempted (First Attempt) President Bush's CIA Operation Neptune Spear. This Failed as President Clinton's 1993 to 2001 Destruction of the U.S. Defense no longer Funded Local Intelligence Assets Worldwide, there were no longer any U.S. Funded Local Afghan Intelligence Assets to assist the CIA Teams to Safe Locations, Evade the about 5 Million Afghan Taliban, Locate Osama Bin Laden being protected by the 5 Million Afghan Taliban as "Islamic Sanctuary". The Mission was changed to Overthrow the Afghan Taliban Government. CIA Team Members that were involved previously with CIA Operation Cyclone knew that about 5 Million or more Pro U.S. Afghans and Neutral Afghans had fled into the Pamir and Hindu Kush Mountains during the Massacres of about a Million Afghans after the 5 Million Pro U.S.S.R. Afghans returned from U.S.S.R. Backed Muslim Nation of Iran and became the 1990 Afghan Taliban, these Pro U.S. Afghans and the Neutral Afghans wanted Revenge for the Massacres of their Families, Relatives, Friends, and to take back their lands seized and redistributed by the Afghan Taliban, they became the Northern Alliance.

Three more Teams of U.S. Army Special Forces were attached to the CIA Teams (CIA, CIA's SAD and SOG, with attached U.S. Army Special Forces), in 2001 with the Millions of Afghans of the Northern Alliance and Air Support (Close Air Support) of U.S. Air Force Special Operations Wings, the Millions of Afghan Taliban, Osama Bin Laden, his Al Quada, Holy Warriors of Islam, fled into Northwestern Afghanistan, and then fled along the southern part of the "Old Silk Road" above the Muslim Nation of Iran, into Northern Iraq. The Millions of Kurdistanis then allied themselves to Osama Bin Laden and his Al Quada, Millions of Afghan Taliban, Holy Warriors of Islam and became Ansar Al Islam.

2001 Teams of CIA entered Northern Iraq to attempt to convince the Kurdistanis Warlords to fight against the Majority of the Kurdistanis of Ansar Al Islam, as 2001 CIA Operation Hotel California, only one Kurdistanis Warlord agreed, the CIA then created the Kurdistanis Peshmerga as trained by the U.S. Army Special Forces. At another Nation elements of the U.S. Army's 5th Special Forces Group, most of the U.S. Army's 10th Special Forces Group, the 10th Mountain Division, U.S. Air Force Special Operations Wings, CIA SAD and SOG, formed into U.S. Military Task Force Viking. The Mission of Task Force Viking the Elimination of Ansar Al Islam. This failed, as the Muslim Nation of Iran gave Osama Bin Laden, His Al Quada, Millions of Afghan Taliban, the Kurdistanis, Holy Warriors of Islam, "Islamic Sanctuary" in accordance with Sura 2 of the Holy Koran. Osama Bin Laden, his Al Quada, Millions of Afghan Taliban, Holy Warriors of Islam then returned to Afghanistan thru the Muslim Nation of Iran. Later on after the 2003 Liberation of Iraq, the one Kurdistanis Warlord returned to the Muslim Kurdistanis Autonomous Region with his CIA Created Kurdistanis Peshmerga Force and he and his Force as well as all of their Families were massacred by the Majority of Kurdistanis as Collaborators to the Christians, Jews, and Unbelievers. The Majority of the Kurdistanis as Ansar Al Islam as a Final Insult then took the name Peshmerga.

The Democrats of the U.S. Senate then Demanded that Republican President G.W. Bush "Accomplish" the 1998 Democrat President Clinton Declared War Against Iraq with U.S. Law, 2002 Iraq War Resolution. This U.S. Senate U.S. Law was Veto Proof as directly tied to Democrat President Clinton's U.S. House of Representatives U.S. Law, Iraq Liberation Act of 1998. With both U.S. Laws having Full U.S. Congressional Appropriations, Republican President G.W. Bush MUST Enforce the U.S. Laws or Be Impeached.

2002 U.S. Military Operation Hotel California, a Strategic Feint to have the Iraqis Political Leadership and Iraqis Military Command remove the Iraqis Military Southern Defenses of 13 Divisions at the Borders of U.S. Ally Saudi Arabia and U.S. Ally Kuwait. Teams of CIA, CIA SAD and SOG with attached U.S. Army Special Forces of the 5th Special Forces Group of previous Task Force Viking moved to within kilometers of Baghdad as Special Reconnaissance and Special Surveillance. The U.S. Army's 10th Special Forces Group, as reinforced by the 173rd Airborne, engaged 5 Iraqis Combat Divisions. The Iraqis Political Leadership and Iraqis Military Command ordered the 13 Iraqis Combat Divisions from the Iraqis Southern Borders to North of Baghdad. The U.S. Air Force deployed Non Nuclear E-Bombs, knocking out all Iraqis Communications (Military and Civilian Radio and Television), Electricity, Vehicle (Alternators), the Iraqis Political Leadership and Iraqis Military Command could not redeploy the 13 Iraqis Combat Division back to the Southern Defenses. The U.S. Army's 10th Special Forces Group destroyed the 5 Iraqis Combat Divisions North of Baghdad and then engaged the 13 Iraqis Combat Divisions, that then were stuck fighting North of Baghdad. Teams of CIA with attached 5th Special Forces Group entered Baghdad 2002. U.S. Army Special Forces Teams then headed South, from Baghdad Iraq to establish a safe route to the Borders of U.S. Ally Kuwait and U.S. Ally Saudi Arabia for the United Nations Coalition Military Forces "LIBERATION (not Invasion) of Iraq", Liberation in accordance with President Clinton's U.S. Law, Iraq Liberation Act of 1998.
