User:Necrothesp recently changed 1924 Liberal candidate from F Gray to Francis James Gray. I do not believe that this is the same person. In Gray's article it talks of a 7 year ban in 1924 which I believe was served. This would have precluded him standing again until 1931. Graemp (talk) 14:42, 2 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
According to Gray's DNB entry it is indeed the same person. "He blamed the disappointing result on the effects of the Zinoviev letter." The DNB entry does not mention a ban; in fact, it states that "Gray himself escaped censure". -- Necrothesp (talk) 15:25, 2 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
