Brooch v. bracteate
edit@Bermicourt: Thanks for creating this page! Happy to have something other than the German version to link to from the Sutton Hoo helmet page. Would you support renaming it "Pliezhausen bracteate"? That seems to be the more precise term. --Usernameunique (talk) 00:27, 30 March 2017 (UTC)
- In the literature "brooch" is used around 18 times more than "bracteate", so if we follow WP:COMMONNAME we should leave it as it is. However, I've added "Pliezhausen bracteate" to the lede. HTH. --Bermicourt (talk) 15:58, 31 March 2017 (UTC)
