Trumpet flourish
editNot being a watcher of the show, what does the trumpet flourish mean that keeps going off every 5 minutes on the show? Should this be added to the article? -Rolypolyman (talk) 13:05, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
- OK, I figured it out. It's the flourish for the Great Big Fancy Word. -Rolypolyman (talk) 21:09, 8 August 2008 (UTC)

Merger proposal
editI propose merging Pinky Dinky Doo (character) into this article. Can't find any reason she needs a standalone article. Also, the "Bio" in the character article is similar to her character page in the official website. TheGGoose (talk) 00:24, 4 December 2014 (UTC)
- Support The other article about the character is hardly written in the style of an encyclopedia, anyway. Richard3120 (talk) 04:23, 13 October 2015 (UTC)
ORIGIN COUNTRY question
edit"Pinky Dinky Doo is an American/"Canadian" animated television series". I wonder why Canada would belong in the show's country of origin. Why it seems awkward for Canada to be on the country of origin to me because it's two major coproduction companies, Sesame Workshop (Sesame Street, The Electric Company, 3-2-1 Contact, Dragon Tales, Sagwa, the Chinese Siamese Cat) and Cartoon Pizza/Jumbo Pictures (JoJo's Circus, PB&J Otter, Stanley, Doug, Allegra's Window) are both U.S.-based. I think the show has two other production companies, which are Abrams Gentle Entertainment and Keyframe Digital Prod. Inc. Should I blame either Abrams Gentle Entertainment or Keyframe Digital Prod. Inc. for the show's "Canadian" co-production?
Give me a good answer.
- Keyframe Digital Prod was based in Canada, as well as CBC (which only co-produced season 1). Discovery Kids Latin America is also credited as a co-producer for both seasons. WP:TVLEAD states that a show with multiple origin countries (like this one) shouldn't list them in the first sentence, so the countries have been moved down into the body where they're described and sourced.
