@71.121.236.72: What is your purpose with removing the Amtrak cross-honoring information? The cited sources very clearly establish everything that is said, and the current wording accurately reflects what the sources say. The article is about Perryville station, not Amtrak/MARC cross-honoring practices. It was an interesting tidbit when Amtrak trains still stopped there but now its poorly sourced trivia without correct beginning or end dates. 71.121.236.72 (talk) 18:16, 21 October 2023 (UTC)

At this point, your removals of cited information have become disruptive. If you don't think something is properly sourced, you should find better sources (or ask for them on the talk page, or with {{cn}}), not remove it over and over. If you think additional information is needed (like the start date), then find and cite it, or ask for it.

What services stopped at the station (and, when relevant, why), at what time periods, is a core component of any station article. The source that you removed states Passengers from Perryville, Aberdeen, and Edgewood should note that all Amtrak cross honor trains remain suspended until further notice. To me, that clearly establishes that Amtrak stops at Perryville and Aberdeen ended in March 2020. Why do you disagree? Can you provide any sources that indicate otherwise? "remain suspended" does not mean that the suspension began in March 2020 or that it was due to covid. Based on the cited source Amtrak cross-honoring could have been suspended Dec. 31 for fiscal reasons. By definition "suspended" implies a temporary cessation of service, however Amtrak cross honoring still not in effect despite the end of other covid-related MARC service reductions. 71.121.236.72 (talk) 02:24, 22 October 2023 (UTC)

The March 16 timetable in the February MARCRAC meeting minutes - which was never actually implemented due to COVID - includes train 111 with the cross-honor stops. So no, the cross-honoring was not discontinued pre-COVID.

Amtrak service reductions were effective March 16, while MARC service reductions were effective March 17 (and the service notice appears to have been posted on the 16th at 4:35 pm, well after that day's operation of train 111). Given the speed at which things were changing in March 2020, that one day difference is probably what the "still" refers to. And yes, everything in March 2020 was assumed to be temporary. There's plenty of "suspended" transit services that don't appear to be coming back.

The issue here is not these minutiae: It is the combative and unhelpful nature of your edits. You removed cited information multiple times without posting on the talk page. You claim that the information in the article is wrong, yet refuse to add any reliable sources to back up those claims.
