I know that, by themselves, death notices aren't reliable sources (which is why I'm not changing the article) but for reference (maybe this will help locate proper reliable sources) this is the death notice of Paul Coia's mother. It matches the existing article's family info (it has the names of Paul Coia's brother, wife, and 2 daughters). It shows his father was Ferdi Coia, his mother Jean Coia (nee Lockhart), and that Paul had three siblings (Gerard, Denise, and Martin). I found this when looking to see if Paul is related to Glasgow architect Jack Coia of Gillespie, Kidd & Coia (which I've so far failed to do). -- Finlay McWalterTalk 16:59, 6 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

More: This Is Scotland: The First Fifty Years of Scottish Television by Jeff Holmes has several quotes from STV studio lighting man / director Ferdi Coia, which is surely the same Ferdi. Wikipedia also has an article about Emilio Coia, who also had early connections to STV. But I don't know how Ferdi would be related to Emilio either. -- Finlay McWalterTalk 17:18, 6 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
