Let's Discuss Terms
editObviously a lot of effort and thought went into this article, but as a complete outsider I found myself a little confused by all the terminology. For instance, what is a Lakshan? Although there are links for many of the terms, it can be very time consuming to be bouncing back and forth. Maybe a little bit of explanation in terms of some translations or using layman's wording would help out. Jainism is probably one of the religions the average person is least familiar with, especially in areas that would be reading the English wiki. I'm assuming those familiar with the beliefs and practices would already be well versed in all these terms, but for those of us who aren't it would help out a lot if you assume the average reader has little knowledge and try to simplify it a little. Even just a short opening paragraph directed at someone with the working knowledge of a ten year old would be very helpful. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.239.72.120 (talk) 05:15, 10 September 2013 (UTC)
