IMO this is more than a dictionary definition, little more perhaps, but there is significant content there that would not be suitable for Wiktionary and much more could be added. Unfortunately there are currently no articles at wikt:palate cleanser nor wikt:cleanse the palate.

But the current dicdef tag is inaccurate and unhelpful. The article is a useful stub. The tag should be removed. Andrewa (talk) 16:56, 20 June 2016 (UTC)Reply
