article renamed

I moved "O God, Our Help in Ages Past" to "Our God, Our Help in Ages Past". Both wordings are current (depending largely on the denominational tradition of one's hymnal or its editor) and the original should therefore have priority. --Haruo (talk) 23:13, 25 May 2012 (UTC)

Handel

a) Bach and Handel weren't 'later composers' - they were contemporaries of Croft. b) It's difficult to say whether in the Cannons Anthem 'O Praise the Lord with one consent', Handel's quoting the St Anne - he used a very similar phrase in a cantata he wrote in Italy in 1707! ('Tu fedel? Tu costante?') This is in the minor, and it is possible that he melded the two - but it's no more than speculation.Accipitres (talk) 19:23, 3 February 2015
