As far as I'm aware of, she's not Japanese. She is based in Japan, but describing her as a "Japanese singer of Russian descent" is wrong and also categorizing her under "Japanese musicians" would also be wrong. Polarrrbear (talk) 19:52, 31 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
I was also going to say this. Living/Working in another country does not magically make a person change his/her country of birth. I will rephrase it. Edit: I also removed the category 'soviet singers', since the USSR wasn't in existence anymore during her career and she worked mostly/exclusively (?) in Japan anyway. 79.201.164.123 (talk) 06:38, 5 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

I've removed the cause of death from heart attack since the source no longer exists while I was also able to find an additional post about her having fought with lung cancer for 2 years already. If a reference to Twitter is good enough I hope this is also good enough to at least make it likely as a cause of death since I am unable to find any additional reliable sources.212.78.165.181 (talk) 09:42, 10 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
