Color Change

Is it true that the color of Oklahoma State University-Stillwater used to be burnt orange, or was burnt orange was just an athletic color for the Cowboys/Cowgirls?--BigMac1212 (talk) 22:02, 28 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

Change "Organizations are available to students through the university that serve any interest. A complete list of campus organizations can be found here." To "Organizations are available to students through the university that serve any interest. A complete list of campus organizations can be found at campuslink.okstate.edu/organizations." and updating the citation. So as to fix the broken link and better show where the list can be found.   Partly done: Links in prose are unseemly. However, I've changed the article text before the citation to read more like an sentence in the article should. Sceptre (talk) 23:48, 1 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Why does the title need to contain Stillwater?

edit

No one living in Oklahoma calls this school this way; as the article even states, it's officially Oklahoma State University. Yes, the campus is in Stillwater, but that's the flagship school location, it doesn't need the city moniker. As a personal example I have a master's degree from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. Obviously, that school needs its city moniker since the main UT campus is recognized as being in Knoxville. OSU, however, does NOT need to be specified with a town that is for all intents and purposes only known for being the home of... yes, OSU. We don't say OU-Norman, either.
