Updated table

I replaced the table with yearly results. The new table has poll numbers, which I hope are viewed as a positive addition. I do note the prior table had a bar noting the transition between conferences, which weren't in my table. If they are important, I can probably figure out how to include them, but I won't unless someone says they want them.--SPhilbrick (Talk) 03:20, 11 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
