The units presented in this article look dubious. "Archine" is probably meant to be aršin. "Drachm" is who knows what. "Oka" was definitely used in Serbia, but this was a legacy of the Ottoman Empire. That is, Serbia used the Turkish oka. There was no such thing as a Serbian oka. Who knows what a "litra" is?
I've looked at the reference: Clarke, F.W. (1891). Weights Measures and Money of All Nations. New York: D. Appleton & Company, and this article seems to faithfully copy that reference book. But I question the usefulness and truthfulness of the reference source itself.
This article needs a lot of rework by someone who speaks Serbian and who has access to Serbian sources.
