The section on scholarship contains some unsourced praise for her first book that reads like it came off the back cover: "As a piece of scholarship, Farmers, Traders, Warriors, and Kings is unsurpassed in its engagement with indigenous meaning, interpretation and understanding." The enthusiastic praise for her work throughout this section either needs referencing or it needs to be removed. There are also quite a few unwieldy run-on sentences loaded with jargon but that seems like a less urgent issue.
