Review

edit

I reorganized the sections into the usual layout for singles, added the tracklisting section that was missing, fixed some issues. I moved the image to the right because it conflicted with the section headers and then messed the reading process.

I've checked the article and it's almost ready for GA. I'll do another fixes to leave it polished. I'll provide some suggestions.

Prose comments
  • "Before Live! was released, the song was mixed by Brian "Red" Moore, a family friend." "Before the album was released, the song was mixed by Brian "Red" Moore, a family friend.". As you already mentioned the album name on the end of the prior phrase, it's needless here.
  • "No debes jugar" and "La llamada". Capitalize.
  • "Lyrically the song describes" "Lyrically, the song describes"
  • "The central theme explored on the song suggests women empowerment in its lyrical content" "The central theme explored on the song suggests women empowerment." Note that as you're already talking about the lyrics, you don't need to mention "lyrical content" at the end of the phrase.
  • "praised Selena's usage of different genres she recorded for"No Debes Jugar"." Did you meant "praised Selena's usage of different genres when recording "No Debes Jugar"."?
  • "radios" "radio".
  • "Jacobs also believed "No Debes Jugar"..." "Jacobs also believed that it..." The name gets too redundant here.
  • "The song received a "Song of the Year"..." ""No Debes Jugar" received a "Song of the Year"..." Then you can use the name here.
  • ""No Debes Jugar" was among the..." ", and was among the..." Merge with prior sentence to avoid excessive use of song name.

Suggestions
  • If you can, find a cover image of 300x300px
  • If possible, add a sample on the Background and composition. If you don't know how, I could do it for you.
  • If possible, add more in-line citations on the first paragraph of composition. I know they all come from the same source, but the reader may not know thist at a glance.
  • Find the 'unknown' position for the RMD Songs chart.

All done. Please fix those prose issues to pass the article (Note: suggestions are not required). —Hahc21 03:36, 29 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

I   Fixed everything. I am unable to upload files per talk page. The RMD Songs chart is only available on the site not on printed source :( Best, Jonayo! Selena 4 ever 22:26, 29 June 2012 (UTC)Reply
If you point me to the file, i'll upload it for you. I've read your talkpage but didn't want to ask about it. :( We need to find someone on WP with access to those charts (in the future). Ok, i'm passing the article. And btw, what happened with Poquita Ropa  ? —Hahc21 00:29, 30 June 2012 (UTC)Reply
I'll ask a friend for one since I don't have the single on hand. I'll get on it :) Best, Jonayo! Selena 4 ever 00:59, 30 June 2012 (UTC)Reply
