Notability

edit

Relatively few journalists work as foreign correspondents of a national radio or television network, and those who do are generally notable. On that basis, I think he is notable. --Eastmain 03:19, 5 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

This is just crap...as well as this: "He met his wife Anna at their university. As the family story is told, he had a rival for Anna's attention on an outing for a club of Swedish-speaking students. As they were preparing to make the trip back to Helsinki, he had the rival oversee the loading of the club's bus. He then used the occasion to sit down next to Anna. They married years after and later divorced."

What is this shit? 91.132.224.196 (talk) 21:38, 5 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Firstly User:91.132.224.196, it does not advance your argument to include pointless swear words. I believe that this article is notable, he dose work as a foreign corespondent and has had large and offical roles in several left-wing political organizations. Also, I do not believe that the anecdote about courting his ex-wife to be a problem, just to say it is "shit" is not a argument for removal. Comrade Graham (talk) 06:01, 1 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Predecessor?

edit

How is Carl Haglund Nils Torvald's "predecessor" as MEP? There is more than one MEP. Even though Haglund no longer is a MEP, how is this linked to Torvald's membership? I don't think he just inherited the position from Haglund. JIP | Talk 09:54, 12 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
