editIf the Reuters "news bureau" on second life is a major part of this article, I can see why it's protected. Flowanda | Talk 06:57, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
- This article isn't protected, nor is Reuters, nor is Second Life. Are you suggesting it should be changed? It's just a one-sentence mention, as is CNN's attempt to do the same thing, in the section about nontraditional bureaus. I'm not sure what it proves. Perhaps that they're scrambling, or trying to create buzz, or pander to something they don't understand? Who knows? It would be nice to have a more comprehensive account in the article of the rise, function, and decline of traditional news bureaus as the news business evolved. One has this image of a guy in a trench coat and tie and no hat in the snow standing in front of Red Square with a microphone talking about what happened in the Kremlin that day. That used to be considered the core of serious journalism. Wikidemo 18:19, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
