Upcoming edits
editI intend to work on this article throughout the upcoming weeks. The first section I would tackle would be the biography and break it down into smaller sections like early life, education, and career, improving clarity and filling content gaps. I would also incorporate into the article a section on how the Communist revolution in Cuba impacted her life and writing. I noticed that the article currently fails to address the significance of this part of her life. Furthermore, I would rework the themes of work section since it currently has no citations and I found sources that can provide information on it. In the process, I would be removing biased and unsourced statements, which will make the article better align with Wikipedia’s neutrality policy. Lastly, I would add a section on her connection with Nicolás Guillén. According to some sources I found, they had a really close relationship that I believe is worth noting in the article. With these changes I would be following Wikipedia’s recommendations for biographies; it would fill in content gaps on her early life, career, publications, and other areas, all while using peer-reviewed sources to uphold Wikipedia’s policy on neutrality and no original research. I will link the bibliography I have developed for this article: User:Sofia2028/Nancy Morejón/Bibliography. Sofia2028 (talk) 14:10, 20 November 2024 (UTC)
