The result of the move request was: Moved. Malawi does not have such a ministry, it has a "Ministry of Gender, Children, Disability and Social Welfare".[1][2] As such, the two opposes are not relevant, and there is consensus that this is primary topic, and indeed a redirect already, so can be moved.
