No clear content or context. If a sub-stub, it's a very bad one. — Bill 21:01, 6 Oct 2004 (UTC)
Delete Should be a speedy - no meaningful content (which jurisdiction passed this law, when, etc...?)OK, revised version is meaningful. Jongarrettuk 21:07, 6 Oct 2004 (UTC)- Keep. I rewrote this to be a better stub. It merits further expansion, but I think it now is probably worth keeping, even if not improved. --Improv 22:54, 6 Oct 2004 (UTC)
- Keep as stubbed by Improv. I added a {{stub}} tag and added it to the category "History of South Africa". (In the process of doing that, I noted that apartheid wasn't even categorized under "History of South Africa"...or, indeed, under any category at all. Like, um, kinda silly.) - Keep as improved by Improv. — Bill 11:34, 7 Oct 2004 (UTC)
