Argument against deletion
editThis page should not be deleted as there are many pages that are similar to this, but are listed as stubs. An example of this is the page for Ryan Lannon. Also, per WP:NHOCKEY item 6: he has played for a gold medal winning senior national team. Weatherman05071 (talk) 13:26, 6 December 2010 (UTC)
- Is the US men's select team a "senior national team," and if so, what gold medal did it win? The only medals mentioned in the article were for the under-18 team, which would appear to be a junior national team. —C.Fred (talk) 16:18, 6 December 2010 (UTC)
- No, the senior team is only the team that plays at the Winter Olympics or the World Championships. This player has only played on their junior team. WP:NHOCKEY is specifically worded the way it is to exclude players at the World Junior Championships and the World Under-18 Championships. (the later being the one this player played in). -DJSasso (talk) 16:38, 6 December 2010 (UTC)
