should have no space
editI'm pretty sure it's spelled without a space: MercyMe, not Mercy Me. -Grick(talk to me!) 05:38, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
- You are correct. The group name is "MercyMe" not "Mercy Me". I have moved the page. Arx Fortis 14:11, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
Singles List
editI'm trying to update most CCM artists with Singles list, and how well they have done. If anyone knows how well the singles did on the Hit Christian Singles or Hit Christian Contemporary Music charts, please replace those question marks with positions. Casey14 21:54, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
Changed the peak chart positions for Here With ME, and Homesick to what I believe is the correct positions according to Billboard. --cattrain 06:48, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
alkaline trio
editthere is a song by a punk rock band called "mercy me". are they refering to this band in the title?--strightedge777
Poor article?
editI am not making any comment on the band's popularity, ability, or focus - this article sounds more like a magazine article than one fit for an encyclopedia. Someone who is truly knowledgeable about and cares for this group should make a quality effort to improve this article. Ericfassbender 06:24, 19 July 2007 (UTC)
Religous Backround
editOne thing that really bothers me is that their is not more on thier religous backround.I presume the band is christian of course but what else like.... denomination, and religous belives. i hope some one can file this gap alittle better.

Bus accident
editFrom the "Bus accident"-section: "News reports stated that the band remained silent during the days after the crash, not contacting the family of the deceased and injured [1] in what many thought to be a perfect opportunity to show the hands of Christ, and at least be encouraging."

inhale (exhale) capitalisation query
editUser:Walter_Görlitz, could I get clarification for your edit with adding capitalisation.
From the manual of style you linked it says that Wikipedia avoids unnecessary capitalization and follows conventionally capitalisation from sources. The proper name for the album is in lowercase as seen on their website here: https://mercyme.shop/ It is listed as lowercase in the following locations: https://genius.com/albums/Mercyme/Inhale-exhale https://www.ccmmagazine.com/features/no-more-waiting-to-inhale-exhale-for-mercyme/ https://www.billboard.com/articles/news/9564626/mercyme-interview-inhale-exhale-new-album/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Naith123 (talk • contribs) 22:59, 8 May 2021 (UTC)
- Sure. Read MOS:CAPS. There are multiple examples where we do not use stylized spelling for terms even though bands, musicians or record labels use them. At best, we can indicate that it is commonly stylized in all lower case. Walter Görlitz (talk) 01:12, 9 May 2021 (UTC)
