- The information about the reinstatement of the subject's law license was implemented.
- The information concerning the subject's guilty plea was not changed, because adequate reasons for its change were not provided. The given reason,
"Factual inaccuracies and updates needed for clarification"
does not state with specificity what information in the existing claim is inaccurate. To substitute the existing language, please give the reasons why the current information needs to be changed.[1]
