There are a number of sources on the internet which state that Lucy Kurtz died on the 31st December 1938 and not 1937. Here is one - note that it is dated the 1st January 1939 and refers to her death the previous day: http://www.genealogy.com/forum/surnames/topics/hyde/2808/ Maybe someone in Ireland who has access to unquestionably reliable sources could check this?
